Typical Ladin restaurant

in the historic Paratoni farm

Typical ladin kitchen in the area of historic farms above S. Cristina, with a panoramic view of the Sassolungo mountain, symbol of Val Gardena.

Our farm is situated on the sunny side of S Cristina at an altitude of 1585 meters above sea level. The views from here are simply breath taking, stretching out over the valley and the glorious peaks of the Dolomites beyond.

Klaus, Gemma and their three children Elisa, Jonas and Aron await you, keen to give you a taster of true Ladin cuisine following some of the oldest receipts in the area.

New Year's Eve

A Magical Year-End Celebration at the Farm

On the last day of the year, we warmly invite you to indulge in an exquisite seven-course dinner, accompanied by a refined aperitif and a glass of sparkling wine at midnight. Our kitchen prepares traditional dishes using mainly organic and homegrown ingredients. We begin the evening with an atmospheric torchlight walk: we meet at 6:45 p.m. in our small parking area along Insom Street (marked on our website). From there, we stroll together for about ten minutes to the farm, where we will enjoy an aperitif under the starry night sky. Afterwards, a lovingly prepared table awaits you in our historic and cozy farmhouse parlors. If you prefer not to participate in the torchlight walk, please let us know in advance.
